The whole purpose of setting this business up was to allow us to create win/win outcomes for you as landlords and us as developers.
Your property
So you have a property that you don't need/use/want. Maybe a legacy buy-to-let that you can't be bothered with anymore. Maybe you can't afford the mortgage now that your fixed term has ended. Maybe the last tenants trashed the place and you can't afford to fix it up. It doesn't matter the reason - we can usually help


Agree a price
The first step is to agree a term, a rental amount and any works that are to be carried out. We only let out high-end, premium properties, o your property must reflect that. If we need to carry out refurbishment works, we will agree who does what, and by when ahead of lettin the property.
We will pay you a fixed monthly sum, agreed for a fixed pperiod of time, so you know exactly where you stand. We then offer the property on a weekly, or nightly basis, usually as a corporate let to businesses who need to house their executives. As a result, we are known for adding a LOT of value from our refurbishments. We always leave our rental properties in a much better condition than we take them.
